Ohio model Tara Lambert has admitted she intended to murder her husband's ex when she asked an undercover cop posing as a hit man to have her thrown in a wood chipper.
'I own up to the words, and it's horrible,' she said in a bombshell interview with Dr Phil on Tuesday.
Lambert, 35, was caught asking an undercover cop to throw Kellie Cooke into a wood chipper in 2015.
She pleaded guilty in July to conspiracy to commit aggravated murder and was sentenced to just five years in prison.

Speaking to Dr Phil, the model said she regretted her actions, and how Cooke's family were forced to hear the plot unravel.
'That woman and her family never deserved to hear, or now know, that any of that was ever said, and that's why I'm owning up to what's happened,' Lambert explained.
When Dr Phil asked her directly if she knew she was talking about murder when she discussed 'throwing Cooke into a wood chipper', Lambert - who until now had tried to avoid answering the question - said yes.
'Yes, unfortunately,' she said.
'It's shameful and ugly, but that's the truth.'
Cooke also spoke with Dr Phil, and labelled Lambert 'one of the most evil people I've ever met,' during her appearance on the Dr Phil Show.
Undercover video showed Lambert sitting in a car with the detective, whom she believed to be a hit man, and giggling as she asked him to murder Cooke.
She said she was owning up to her actions to help ease Cooke's family's pain. 'That woman and her family never deserved to hear, or now know, that any of that was ever said, and that's why I'm owning up to what's happened,' she said

Tara Lambert, 35, pictured above was caught asking an undercover cop to throw Kellie Cooke into a wood chipper in 2015, telling the man, who she thought was a professional hit man, she wanted Cooke 'gone'
'I hate her,' Lambert said of Cooke in the video.
The undercover officer then asked: 'What do you want done with her?'
'Oh my god,' she replied. 'Just put her in a chopper, you know like one of those lumberjack chopper things.'
When the 'hitman' said he didn't carry a wood chopper with him, Lambert replied that she was 'joking' and that she was actually thinking of a 'home invasion gone wrong.'
She told him she wanted Cooke 'gone.'
'I need her away,' she said.
The court heard that Lambert had also provided a $125 down payment to the undercover cop and given him Cooke's photo to carry out the deed.
Cops say the plot came about over a row about visitation.
Cooke, who said she disapproved of the way which Lambert dressed inappropriately when she attended events with the kids, teared up in the interview as Dr Phil asked her about hearing someone she considered a friend laughing as she planned to kill her.
'Yeah it is (hard to wrap my head around),' she said.
The victim of a model's murder-for-hire plot, Kellie Cooke (pictured), has branded her one of the 'most evil people I've ever met' in the explosive interview
Tara Lambert, 35, had her plan unravel when she was caught on undercover video (pictured) asking for Kellie Cooke to be thrown into a wood chipper in 2015
In another part of the interview, Lambert claimed to Dr Phil she and Cooke were incredibly close, and she had been in the delivery room when her would-be victim's youngest two children were born.
She claimed Cooke had told the nurse the pair were sisters to ensure Lambert could stay with her while she gave birth.
Lambert was initially sentenced to seven years in prison on the charge in 2016, but an appeals court overturned that conviction last year, saying there was an error in the original indictment.
She will get credit for time served from the earlier conviction.
The model was married to Brandon Lambert at the time, The Columbus Dispatch reported. He is the father of Cooke's two teenage girls, who were Lambert's stepdaughters in 2015.
The two women argued bitterly about visitation rights, which is what led Lambert to arrange for Cooke to be killed.
Lambert was earlier cleared of conspiring to murder Cooke's husband, Shawn, if he was at home when the hit man came to kill his wife.

Although Lambert (pictured in her police interview) denied paying the assassin, she pleaded guilty anyway to a single count of conspiracy to commit aggravated murder
Physiologist Jolie Brams previously told the jury that Lambert was 'developmentally challenged' and said she had drink and drug problems
Cooke's victim statement was read out in court by her daughter, 18-year-old Aspen Lambert, earlier this year.
'I knew what you were capable of. You lied, manipulated and controlled everything my girls done... You wanted my girls,' Cooke had written to Lambert.
'When you figured out I was on to you, you snapped. You tormented my family for a long time with no punishment.'
Physiologist Jolie Brams previously told the jury that Lambert was 'developmentally challenged' and said she had drink and drug problems.
She also suffers from eating disorders and has issues with her body image, leading to her more than two dozen cosmetic surgeries.
Brams said that on one occasion, Lambert was told her sweater did not fit so she immediately went to her plastic surgeon for an operation.
Lambert's defense attorney James Kingsley said at an earlier hearing: 'Tara Lambert doesn't know what's appropriate for a situation. She's childlike. Life's a fantasy to her.'
Although Lambert denied paying the assassin during her plea hearing, she pleaded guilty anyway to a single count of conspiracy to commit aggravated murder.
