Hilaria Baldwin is 5ft 4 in and her stepdaughter Ireland - the offspring of Alec Baldwin and Kim Basinger - is 6ft 2in.
On Thursday, the 30-year-old yoga instructor shared an Instagram snapshot of her standing back-to-back with the 18-year-old beauty.
'My #tbt is a [heart emoticon] to my beautiful step-daughter @irelandbaldwin ..maybe Carmen will be this tall! #imashrimp,' she captioned her photo.

Calling herself a shrimp next to Ireland's towering height, Hilaria added various emoticons to her message including a four leaf clover, green heart, flamenco dancer and fried shrimp.
In the shot, the mother-of-one wore a strapless white dress styled with long dangly earrings while her lilac haired stepdaughter wore a sleeveless black dress with no accessories.
Ireland obtained her height genes from her 6ft tall father and 5ft 7in actress mother Kim.

Earlier in the same day, Hilaria posted a yoga picture onto her Instagram account featuring her 11-month-old child, Carmen.

It's not made clear who 'baby Xander' is.

Her high bun hairstyle just barely surpassed Alec's head as she threw up a peace sign and posed for a picture while the 30 Rock actor was caught in a candid chuckle with his eyes closed.
